Where do I find my photos and videos?
You’ll receive a link to your personal Dropbox folder. Most photos are available within 24 hours post-show; videos follow shortly after.
How long does it take to receive my media?
Photos will be delivered within 24 hours. Videos may take an extra day—up to 48 hours total.
What’s the difference between the photo package and the photo + video package?
Photo packages include only high-res photos. Photo + video packages include photos plus a reel (vertical video) of you on stage—typically one reel, with footage beautifully colour-graded.
How do I know I’ll be filmed/photographed?
If you’ve booked and received a confirmation email, you’re on our list. On the day, if in doubt, just ask us—but confirmation means you’re covered.
Can I buy a media package after the event?
No, packages must be booked at least 72 hours pre-event. Post-event, we can’t guarantee any content, especially not video
Can friends or family use pro cameras from the audience?
No, only the FitFam team can shoot officially. Friends can use phones casually, but no DSLRs or mirrorless cameras in the audience
What orientation is my content delivered in?
Photos will be a mix of portrait and landscape, depending on the shot. However, all video content will be portrait (vertical) for reels.
